Hello everyone,
Since I got my phone a year ago with a 16GB Samsung SD card, I've been having storage issues even though everything is on the SD card. I bought another Verbatim SD card and it hasn't changed anything at all.
In my family, there are four of us with the same phone. My little brother had the same problem, and when he changed his SD card, his storage issues were resolved. I'm the only one having storage problems.
I went to an SFR store this morning (as a customer) and the salesperson advised me to remove my SD card and SIM card and perform a factory reset on the phone. I did that earlier, and it still hasn't worked; I'm still facing the same problem.
What should I do?
