Problem with my WIKO Y51 phone

Hello,
I recently got a WIKO Y51 phone. When I receive a call, my phone stays black, so I can't answer it, and I have to call back.

    Hello,

    Can you go to Settings, Apps, Phone, then force stop and in storage clear the cache?
    Then restart your phone and let me know if that works?

      Hello,
      I cleared the cache and restarted my phone, but it still doesn't turn on during a call. It only turns on to notify me of a missed call.
