Hello,
When I try to send photos to mobile phones
it says "sending in progress" and after a few minutes "sending failed". This has only been happening for 2 days because before that it was working very well, I haven't changed any settings. I have a Wiko Lenny 2. I only have about ten photos in my gallery. I thank in advance anyone who will help me resolve this issue.

Hello,
Have you activated mobile data in order to send your MMS? If so, check the APN by going to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access point names. Select the three vertical dots and choose Reset to default settings.
If your issue persists, select New APN to configure it manually. You will find the settings to enter in this article. Also, remember to restart your phone, as it may help to unblock sending.

Thank you for replying to me. I am in: APN, what do you call the three vertical dots? For me, there is an option to check SFR Webphone sl2sfr

I sat down to do what you told me, but it's still the same? I really don't understand because I hadn't touched the settings and all of a sudden, I can't transfer photos anymore....?

Hello,
my husband had the same problem, he is with Free, I went on Free mobile and followed the tutorial, but nothing worked.. As a last resort, I restarted the phone and then, miracle, it works. So you should try that.

Thank you for replying to me, but I did it and unfortunately, there is no miracle for me.

Hello,
This is a very old model.
Aside from any reckless manipulations that might have been done, which we would presumably remember, is there a working Internet connection, either outside using Data or at home via Wifi?
If so, it is possible that the Android version, which has probably remained stuck at 5 or 6, may no longer support a number of applications.

Hello,
Try resetting the network settings by going to Settings > Backup and reset > Reset network settings.
If sending still fails, go to Settings > Apps > Messages > Storage and select Clear cache then Clear data. Return to the Messages app and see if it's resolved. If not, try sending another photo.

I'm trying to find the problem and right now I have: Application Notifications
There are:
1) Block, "never show notifications from this app" and
2) Priority, "Show notifications at the top of the list and continue to receive them when the device is set to priority ringtones only"
My question is: should I check both in green or just one of the two?
Thanks again for your responses
These are the notifications you receive when new messages arrive (for the Messages app). I don't think these options affect the sending of your MMS. To explain, "Priority" allows you to always highlight the notifications from the app. "Block" disables all notifications.
I also have another suggestion for you. Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds to bring up the shutdown and restart options. Long press on Power off and confirm the restart in safe mode. Only system apps are active in this mode, and your own apps are disabled. Try sending your MMS now. To exit safe mode, simply restart your phone.

Hello,
I tried everything as you told me, but unfortunately nothing works. In any case, thank you very much.

Hello,
It's possible, given that it is limited to 2G/3G. But for now, the 3G network is still supported by French operators.
Go to Settings > More > Mobile networks. In Preferred network type, make sure it's set to 3G. Then, go to Network operators and choose the automatic selection option.
If the problem persists, return to these settings and manually select your operator's network. If you have multiple options in the list, try each one of them.
If that fails, try removing your SIM card, restarting your phone, and then reinserting the SIM card. As a last resort, back up your data like your photos, contacts, etc., and attempt a factory reset of your phone.

Hello,
Unfortunately, it's still the same. I only have to think about buying a new one.
In any case, thank you very much for all your responses.

Yes, I've tried with several of my contacts and the same problem.
