Hello,
My Wiko broke down the day before yesterday: even though it had 50% charge, it turned off, and since then, when I plug it in, the red light flashes quite quickly. I've tried several cables, chargers, and even a PC, always the same symptom. I’ve tested a long press of 8 seconds, 45 seconds... no reaction. So I left it for a whole day and a good night, and this morning when trying to start it, there was a vibration as if it didn’t have enough charge, so I charged it until 10%, but when I tried to turn it on, it showed the startup screen for 2-3 seconds, then a black screen with the red light flashing. I made the mistake of leaving it plugged in for this test. I’m waiting to be able to try again.
Do you have any advice? Thanks
