Showroom Order - the delivered package is empty!

Hello,

I ordered a watch for the first time from showroomprivé. To my surprise, when I opened the package, the box was empty!! There was no watch inside. I have consulted several forums discussing issues with this site and I am afraid that my complaint will not be heard... I am really worried, can anyone help me with the steps to take?

    Recurring issue with the prestigious S.P that should implement corrective actions..

    What you received is clearly not compliant with what was ordered. Refer to the Legal Compliance Guarantee (Consumer Code Art. L217-4 to L 217-14).

    Demand a 'replacement' (Cf L 217-9). Act by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt as the after-sales service of this brand seems a bit hard of hearing..

    Rest assured that the package was correct at the start but there are pirates in the logistics chain shopping on the freight at the expense of the Customers.

    Send your registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt even if an amicable solution is proposed to you. At least you will have 'timestamped'..

      Thank you for this response and for the advice! I will try to take this step hoping to receive the watch I ordered and for which I have been charged. I also contacted the customer service of Showroomprivé but haven't heard back from them... It is unacceptable that this type of incident occurs and it seems that this is not the first time it has happened! It is a watch worth €75 for an initial amount of over €200. I hope to find a solution.

      Hello, I also ordered a watch from this site and, like you, the box was empty! I contacted customer service who assured me they would send me an email with a signed declaration to return along with a scan of my ID, but as of today, I have not received any email from them. Apparently, when I check the forums, this kind of issue happens frequently and they pretend not to understand the problem. It's unacceptable! I hope to reach an arrangement with them, but I don't believe it will happen.
