Hello,
after receiving a torn Desigual jacket, I am returning the package at my own expense and I am only getting reimbursed for the jacket.
The shipping costs remain my responsibility! The prepaid return label arrived after my package had already been returned!
I followed all the return steps to the letter.
This is not right
I will probably not order from this site again.

Good evening,
I advise you to do as I did and go to the headquarters with all the supporting documents (emails, acknowledgment of receipt, etc.) and make some noise; that's how I was able to get my money back. I will never order from their site again!!

Honestly, I am extremely disappointed. There was a private sale on Bourjois beauty products, I ordered over 60 euros worth, and upon receiving the package, I want to emphasize that it was not damaged on the outside, so it can only be the person who prepared my package who deliberately removed two products. And now I realize that, firstly, there is no order slip inside, and secondly, I am missing a lipstick and a blush, and of course, no one is there to answer your questions. I will never order from this site again!

I ordered a bath set on November 24, 2013, to receive it for the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately, the package was delivered late and to the wrong pick-up point. As I went on a trip, I missed the deadline to collect the package, which was then sent back to your premises. Since January 5, 2014, despite my numerous calls, no one has been able to resend the package to me.
Frustrated by the incompetence of the customer service representatives, disheartened by the unacceptable delay, and tired of this incredible waste of time, I would greatly appreciate it if you could quickly rectify my situation. I'm joining the conversation a bit late, but oh well...
I am also a customer at showroomprive. On 10/22/2014, I received my package, an iPhone 3GS. On the morning of 02/06/2014, it no longer turns on, even after being charged. After contacting your service on Friday, 02/07/2014, I received an email informing me that my request would be handled within 24 hours!!! Today is 02/12/2014 and NOTHING!!! despite having called the service again. What should I do? HELP!!! It is a refurbished iPhone still under warranty (6 months). If you could help me, I don't know what to do or to whom to address my return. Order number 23006751.

Me too, same scenario, an order placed since the end of August, it's been a long time since I sent their package back which, by the way, arrived dirty and damaged. They sent me an email saying that I have been refunded, which was not the case and, on top of that, it’s up to us to prove that we haven’t been refunded!! But come on, you should know if you have processed a refund for an item or not? And when we provide proof that it hasn’t been done, you don’t even apologize, you don’t send an email or even make a phone call to apologize!! My credit card has immediate debit, and I’ve been waiting for my refund for over 2 months!! I placed an order on the venteprivee site long after the one I placed on showroomprivé and yet venteprivee refunded my money on that same immediate debit credit card with which I placed my order on that shitty site. The worst part is that they dared to tell me they couldn’t refund me on my credit card because it was expiring, but it expires in 2014 and yet they refunded me on that same card at the beginning of November for an order placed at the beginning of October (since they were unable to deliver to me). I also noticed they have removed their advertisement for a refund within a maximum of 5 days; it’s now 14 days, but that changes absolutely nothing!! When I think that at first I was telling my friends that this site was good but I will never order from your site again, and I will tell all my friends!! As soon as I receive my refund, I will close my account.

Oh, I forgot, it's been 3 times 15 days that they've been telling me they sent me a check for an amount of 79 euros which still hasn't arrived, it's been more than 2 months now; I guess they are really counting every single euro!

VERY BAD SITE - TO AVOID
- delivery delays of up to 1.5 months where they don't even know where the package is
- products unavailable just a few hours after order confirmation
- supposedly you have 19 days to return a defective item but you must not have used it, so it doesn't take hidden defects into account and can therefore deliver
crap without feeling concerned
inflates the real prices etc. etc.

I ordered a Regatta jacket last month for my wife
the jacket is not waterproof, they won't listen because my wife wore it for 1 week before the rain arrived!!!
she should have taken a shower with it on the day of delivery
the only gift I got from them is a voucher for €8 valid for purchases starting from €30, what a big scam
for your information, the website says the jacket is waterproof and the inner fleece stains the outside when it rains

Hello, following the purchase of the jacket, it turns out that it is not waterproof as stated on the manufacturer's website (http://www.regattaoutlet.co.uk/buy/eliana-3-in-1-232683).
However, according to your general terms and conditions of sale, I should have tried my jacket in the rain to verify its waterproofness, which I did not do (what a mistake!!!). It's true that everyone takes a shower to check if the product's characteristics match!!!
The only response your customer service can provide is that the garment has been worn several times (10 days to be exact), which no longer falls within the context of the warranty. However, the item is still sold in France and therefore benefits from the guarantees of French law on the legal guarantee of conformity.

(Art. L. 211-1 to L. 212-1 of the Consumer Code)

Art. L. 211-4. The seller is required to deliver a good that conforms to the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.


It is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when that has been made their responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under their responsibility.

Art. L. 211-7. Defects in conformity that appear within six months from the delivery of the good are presumed to exist at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.


The seller can contest this presumption if it is not compatible with the nature of the good or the defect of conformity invoked.

Art. L. 211-9. In case of a defect in conformity, the buyer chooses between repair and replacement of the good. However, the seller may not proceed according to the buyer's choice if that choice results in a manifestly disproportionate cost compared to the other option, taking into account the value of the good or the importance of the defect. They are then obliged to proceed, unless impossible, according to the option not chosen by the buyer.
Art. L. 211-10. If repairing and replacing the good are impossible, the buyer may return the good and obtain a refund or keep the good and have a portion of the price returned.
And the legal guarantee against hidden defects
(Art. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

Art. 1641. The seller is liable for the warranty regarding hidden defects of the sold item that render it unfit for the purpose for which it is intended, or that diminish so much that usage, that the buyer would not have acquired it or would have paid a lower price if they had known of it.


The buyer is entitled to this, regardless of the product purchased, regardless of the seller, even if there is no written contract. The legal guarantee covers all costs incurred by hidden defects. The defect must have existed prior to the sale and make the products unfit for their intended use. A full or partial refund may be obtained, or the contract may be resolved.
Note: the action for a warranty against hidden defects must be initiated as soon as possible, at most 2 years from their discovery.



The same faculty is available to them:

If the solution requested, proposed, or agreed upon in accordance with Article L. 211-9 cannot be implemented within one month following the buyer's complaint;
Or if this solution cannot be implemented without significant inconvenience for the buyer given the nature of the good and the use they are seeking.


The resolution of the sale may not be pronounced if the defect of conformity is minor.

Art. L. 211-12. The action resulting from the defect of conformity is time-barred by two years from the delivery of the good.

And regarding the legal warranty against hidden defects
(Art. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

Art. 1641. The seller is liable for the warranty regarding hidden defects of the sold item that render it unfit for the purpose for which it is intended, or that diminish so much that usage, that the buyer would not have acquired it or would have paid a lower price if they had known of it.

I have placed several orders on the site, and up until now, I have nothing to complain about... but after receiving my package, I found missing items, items not ordered, items that are too small not specified in the item description, and defective items - just a lot of disappointments!!! Now I am contacting the showroomprivé customer service, who advised me to return the items!!! I have been waiting for over a month for the refund of my returned items "over 1000 euros" to be processed, and still nothing. The package has not yet been received by Showroom. I have now started legal proceedings because I no longer have the patience to wait for the refund. Soon I will create a page on Facebook and other forums because this is no longer POSSIBLE.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES OFFERED ON THIS SITE, THEIR ITEMS ARE UNSOLD FROM SUPPLIERS... THAT IS TO SAY ITEMS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS THAT CANNOT BE DISPLAYS IN OFFICIAL STORES!!!

Yes, once again showroomprivé manages to get pinned by consumers who are particularly unhappy with their service simply because it treats them like royal idiots....
I suppose this company has too many customers given the current situation and has decided to part ways with some, or simply let the business go down and put their employees on unemployment because they are heading that way by disappointing their clientele; I'm certainly not the only one.

Indeed, why scam one customer when you can do it with several

I returned two pieces of costume jewelry for which I have never been refunded...
1st return order the Néréides 22491005 amount 42.95 returned on Monday 10/7/2013 from Tahiti Post of the 12th as a simple shipment amount of return 1 Euro 50
never refunded to this day, a deaf dialogue with showroomprivé via emails...
I reported a long time ago that I was surprised not to be refunded
They ask you for proof of return
I have repeatedly specified that it was a simple shipment, so no proof...
I give the order number but they ask me for it again....
I persist, that’s all I have to do, but it’s not normal to have to fight like this to get refunded...

on their site, they don't say that only collisimo shipments will be refunded

if the item doesn’t suit you, you return it to the relay and the return costs are borne by the company and you are refunded for your return...
It seems normal to refund a return but apparently that is not the case at Showroomprivé...
Supposedly they are going to improve by providing a free number and covering the return costs.
That’s what they told me on the phone because according to our computer you also have to call them to validate their returns, it would be so with Internet Explorer, all of this at our expense of course....
So one day if they haven’t gone bankrupt in the meantime given their disastrous policy which should be punished...

It’s pathetic and one should not hesitate to say so....

Now I have ongoing orders with them...
for Christmas gifts for children, but of course I’m no longer making any new ones given my dissatisfaction...

In fact, we pay for the orders immediately but deliveries for those I made at least are more than a month late...

As it stands, this company deserves to close, which is all the more sad given the current situation; maybe this will make them realize something, who knows...

I don’t know if it’s a French company, but bravo for the image...

The items are completely different from the description on the site (ordered in black, received in light gray). The packaging is torn because they were delivered in a plastic bag. The customer service hasn't responded for a week. It's impossible to receive the return label for several days.

For my part, they have found absolutely no trace of my return (I should note that I don't have a receipt, but my package was well labeled: recipient / sender). The follow-up on my complaint (about 10 contacts in 3 months) is limited to canned responses. Sometimes the products are borderline compared to the price. I will no longer order from this site. Orders and returns are paid. Other sites offer free shipping and returns for the same type of product. Not serious in my opinion.

I ordered a few items from showroom privé and I hope that the last one (a watch as a Christmas gift) will live up to the actual prices displayed.... Generally, the items have been received without any issues despite sometimes long delays...
Recently, I wanted to buy a robot but couldn’t find any brand mentioned in the sales listing, so I called the customer service number.... and to my surprise, there was no answer: they didn't know or couldn't identify the brand, the item has no brand?! Strange, right? Yet, they display a huge discount going from 430 euros to 149 euros! So this robot is not manufactured anywhere! Or is there an attempt to hide its origin? I don't find this very professional; I bombarded them with emails trying to get an answer to my question... We’ll see, but this makes me wary of this kind of sale, let’s stay alert!

When I placed my order, everything went smoothly, but after a month of waiting, the surprise is that I received a corkscrew instead of a tool kit and lamp with two batteries.
I found it serious to make such a mistake, but that's not the end of the problem; when I contacted customer service, they offered to send me a label to return the package for free, but it's been almost 9 days and I haven't received anything. Showroom: a site I definitely do not recommend: I ordered 3 items, including a scarf that they did not have (but was listed for sale on the site). Impossible to get a refund; they give me a voucher that can only be used above a certain amount!!! I have been fighting through emails and phone calls for months and always get the same canned responses. Well, I'm giving up because it's a waste of energy and I will never get my refund, but ONE PIECE OF ADVICE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I see that I'm not the only one who has had misadventures with them
First experience: I ordered a pair of Kickers shoes, they arrived within a reasonable timeframe (less than 15 days is reasonable for them) but ouch, even though I've been wearing Kickers for years in the same size, this one doesn't fit. Okay, the return process was quick

Second experience: I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from the brand Huran, they arrived after a frankly long wait and oh surprise, they are indeed the shoes in the pictures but the brand is Airan.... each pair is supposed to be worth 60 euros brand new, honestly I’m glad I only paid 19 euros for them because they're not worth more! Nevertheless, they are nice, I try them on, they fit me, I keep them, I wear each one once just to be sure, okay everything is good
I should have just tried them on a second time because one of the two pairs completely broke and is unwearable (the withdrawal period has passed anyway since I wore them, well of course it won't break without wearing them)
I try to go on the website to find an adequate response, nothing, all that's left is the overpriced customer service number... 10 minutes on hold to be told that ohhh how strange, no advisor is available

I'm used to buying shoes online but I will NEVER buy from them again, I've lost 40 euros, that's all.

When I called this number, the answering machine indicated that there was a surcharge of 7 cents for the first minute, then 2 cents per minute, plus a possible surcharge if I was calling from my mobile, so is the information provided by your answering machine incorrect? I will see when I receive my telecom bill.

I find it a shame that you don't offer an email directly on your site; it would avoid giving you bad press, wouldn't it?

So I confirm, Showroom is a "scam" site in terms of product quality.
1st order: shoes that I threw in the trash a week after receiving them because they smelled of chemicals!
2nd order received last week: 2 printed duvets, of poor quality, which bled in the wash.

I strongly advise against this website.

I sent them an email and I'm waiting for a response.

I am very angry because I don't have much money, and on top of that we get ripped off thinking we're getting a deal.

I recently ordered a down jacket from the brand INÈS DE LA FRESSANGE on Showroomprivé.

When I received it, I didn't pay attention to the inner label right away, but I discovered in the following days that it was completely different from the material of the jacket (a cut-out jean label), roughly glued over the place of the old one, which had obviously been unstitched.

Moreover, the quality of the jacket, sold for 59 euros instead of 200, leaves much to be desired. Indeed, holes and loose threads have appeared (photos attached). This is truly shameful; I sent an email on Sunday evening and shortly received an automated reply promising a response within 24 working hours. It is now Wednesday, and I still have no response. I sent a second one on Tuesday, and I'm waiting to see...

I am EXTREMELY disappointed because this is not my first order; I am a loyal customer, despite sometimes overlooking mistakes for the sake of understanding. This will be the last time I order from this site.
