Showroom privé package not received

Hello,
I haven't received a package from showroom privé. It was supposed to be delivered to my home on November 29th. The package should be delivered by GLS and according to my tracking, the package has apparently been shipped from the site but has not yet been handed over to GLS and it shows as being in preparation. What steps should I take?
