Hello,
I need to return items to SHOWROOM PRIVE and while there were plenty of pickup points to collect packages, now there are none or they're really far from my home...
I don't understand... And I need to find a solution quickly as I only have 14 days to make my return.
Do you think it would be possible for me to drop them off where I picked them up?

Hello .....

You can drop off your returns at any pickup points affiliated with this sender, as the carrier responsible for delivering packages to these points does the reverse journey and collects returned packages from the supplier or those not picked up by the customer...
  • Make sure that the pickup point where you want to drop off your returns is still the one for your supplier, as it may no longer be "working" with them
  • I advise you to include the return slip that your supplier provided and to send them an email as soon as your package has been dropped off at their pickup point to keep a record just in case...?
