Hello, I’m currently in Italy. A few days ago, I changed my plan to have 3 hours of calls, unlimited SMS/MMS, and 20GB of Internet, and since then I have had no network; it says ‘no service.’ I called customer support and they confirmed the change, so why is nothing happening?
I have tried disabling automatic network search, and when I select one, nothing changes, and the same thing happens when I turn my phone off and on again.
(I have an iPhone 6)

Yes, on the 28th, and when I check my customer area, it shows all the information about my new international plan.

It's fine, it probably just took waiting for the network to arrive in Italy.
