Hello.
I tried to turn on my Qilive tablet, but to my surprise, it is in English with the robot asking for my access code. I've tried entering it multiple times... Nothing! It keeps asking me for it. While searching online on the CCM site, I tried pressing the power button and the volume button simultaneously, and after several attempts, it ended up lying on its back with the belly open. I then did what I read on CCM, I chose the first option, but that’s all because afterward it stops or brings me back to the beginning with R2D2 asking for my code.
It has always worked perfectly well, I admit I don't know what happened.

CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE!?

    Hello.

    After several attempts made, I had to decide to do a system restore.
    Because nothing worked.
    I posted on my Facebook page the video that helped me with the procedure.
    By following it to the letter, everything quickly returned to normal.
    Then all that remains is to reinstall: applications, photos, files, games, music, etc....
