Hello,
I was just given a Qilive Q4 tablet with 3G and a SIM card slot.
I just inserted the SIM card from my phone, and it seems to be recognized since there's a phone icon at the top. But there's no connection with the card; nothing changes. Can I read my SMS, etc., with it? How should I set up the tablet?

Hello,
To use the internet connection via the SIM card, you need to enable mobile data. You probably have a shortcut button in the shortcut bar to do this.
As for SMS in theory... yes, we'll have to see if the tablet handles SMS.
