Xbox controller home button issue

Hello, for a while now, the home button on my two xbox one controllers hasn't been responding...

They work when it comes to turning on the controller, but there’s no response afterwards. However, the other buttons work fine.

This happened on both controllers at the same time, so I suspect it's a problem coming from the console...

Try unplugging and then plugging your console back in after a little while; this has worked for several people on the forum. If that doesn't work, is your button stuck?
