Hello! Here is my problem: since Internet Explorer 7, I can no longer access my Orange email. Could you help me? Of course, I'm waiting for a very important email (it's always like that). Thank you in advance for the help you will provide.

It had been months since my mother could open her Orange mailbox. Hours wasted with technicians... Even with Mozilla, no spybot, nothing worked. Finally, I found the solution on a forum: in Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Options, Advanced tab, and uncheck the box: "Enable third-party browser extensions"

You restart the PC and everything will be back to normal!!!!

Hello, I have a big problem with my Orange messaging. When I enter my code to log in, I get a message asking whether to save or open a file called auth_user. If I choose save, it doesn't work, and if I choose open, it goes to my documents. What should I do to fix this? Also, I have IncrediMail; I hope it's not coming from that. Having exactly the same problem as you, I spent a long time searching for the cause of this issue and finally discovered the culprit; it was simply my Look & Stop firewall that was blocking access to my Orange and Hotmail mailboxes. I hope I have provided you with the solution to this cursed problem.

Hi,
For me, it was Spybot that was blocking the page.
To unblock:
On an Internet Explorer page:
Tools -> Spybot -> Set to "Ask for blocking Confirmation"
redisplay the Orange messaging page and say that you accept the display

To access Orange or Hotmail messaging when Kerio is blocking it, you need to go to Kerio: Internet tab, then Privacy tab, and uncheck the box under Referrer "deny servers from tracing the connection."
