Convert JPG photos to under 2 MB

Hello,
I sent photos from my computer to a Supplier who made a mistake with my order. In response, I am being asked to send JPGs under 2 MB. Can someone explain how to do this? Please reply as it's urgent.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 50.0.2661.102

Thank you for your response, but when I tried to download the Photo Filter software, my antivirus blocked it, telling me it was dangerous for the computer!!! So still no solution. Thank you anyway.

!?! Where did you download it from?
Use my link... should be no problem in principle on CCM.
