Oversized pdf file

Hello everyone,

I am trying to send a document that I scanned for Pôle Emploi via Orange, in PDF format. It says that my file is too large.

Can you please tell me how I should proceed?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

    Hello,

    At Orange, it seems that the maximum size for an attachment is 15MB.

    Therefore, your attachment should not exceed this size (preferably it should not exceed 1 to 2MB).

    In any case, you will need to scan your document again, reducing the quality of the copy (switch to Black & White instead of color and, if necessary, decrease the resolution of the copy). These options are available in your scanning software or directly on the scanner (depending on the model you are using).

    If necessary, place your PDF document in a .zip archive to further reduce the size.

        I had exactly the same problem as you, and I was wondering what the maximum size should not be exceeded (my PDF was 2.86 MB and it did not go through).
        So is the max size 1 or 2 MB ???
