Hello,
I bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. I reset it.
Then it says: "this device has been reset. To continue, sign in with a Google account that has previously been synced on this device."
The problem is that I don't know any Google account that has already been synced on this device since I bought it second-hand.
Please help me.
I bought it quite expensively and I would like to be able to use it.
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 50.0.2661.89

Hello,
To test:
Phone turned off (ideally, remove and reinsert the battery to ensure the phone is off).
1) You need to start the phone in recovery mode
(Press in this order: Volume Up + Home + Power) then release power when the screen lights up.
You should see a page similar to this one:
Move through recovery mode using the volume up button (to go up), the volume down button (to go down), and the power button (to select).
Perform a wipe cache partition.
Perform a wipe data / factory reset (this will delete your data!!)
Once the wipes are complete, restart the phone by selecting
reboot system now.
The phone will restart, but it will take longer than usual (about 5-10 minutes).
After that, you will see the setup page just like when you purchased it, and that's it ;)
