Hello
I have an ARCHOS 70 Platinum tablet that I recently purchased. After a few days, a bug suddenly occurs, the device shuts down and when I turn it back on, a black screen appears with a back arrow at the bottom of the screen and the dropdown menu (which itself is bugged). Annoyed by this bug, I decide to reset the tablet (ON/OFF button + lower volume button), I click on Clean eFF (I can't remember exactly what) and the tablet reset! Once the first two settings are adjusted (language and WiFi), the tablet tells me that my device has been reset and that I need to log in with the old account that was synced (hard to understand...) and as soon as I enter my Google account, it tells me: "You must log in with your previously synced account."
No possibility to access the device settings, just those of the keyboard and this is the second reset. The only positive point is that my PC can detect my tablet when I'm using a USB cable.
