Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) that I reset.
When I start the phone, I'm asked to select the language and then verify my information by connecting to my Google account. I do this with my Gmail address and password. And then, connection impossible. Here is the message that appears: "Please sign in with one of the accounts of the owner of this device." I can't do anything with my phone, not even access settings, camera, etc.
I don't understand because my login credentials are correct (I tested on another device) and I've always used this Gmail address on my Samsung.
I tried the "forgot password" procedure, but still get this message..
Does anyone know how to help me??
Thank you in advance.
Have a good day.

Hello
the phone must not have been purchased new and/or the reset has blocked the mobile again in one way or another (network unlocking for example, but not only!)
the best is to ignore this Google account step
say I do not have an account or ignore this step depending on your mobile
continue the setup
you can connect later via Google
unless:
this mobile has a shady history (stolen, lost, refurbished...
