Hello everyone,
I have had an iPad 4 for three years, but unfortunately, my little sister broke its screen. I had it repaired, but now there are bugs (like the screen is moving on its own) and also touchscreen issues. Now, I can't unlock my iPad because the touchscreen only works in certain areas of the screen and not on the numbers of my code. I've tried several times to enter my code, but it was as if my screen was misaligned; it got locked several times (30 min, 1h) and now it says "iPad is disabled, connect to iTunes." I would like to know if it's possible to unlock it using my computer so that I can recover my photos before resetting it?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, if your iPad is disabled, that's it, you can't recover anything anymore.
To unlock it, you are required to restore the iPad and this process completely erases the device.
To restore the iPad, turn it off normally or force it to shut down by pressing Home and Power together for 10 seconds and release at the same time.
Then press the Home button and at the same time plug in the cable to iTunes, wait for the iPad to turn on and display the iTunes logo with the cable and release the Home button. iTunes will detect the iPad and offer to restore it.
After restoration, if the touchscreen works, set up the iPad without unplugging it from iTunes.
IF the touchscreen or the screen does not work, then it will need to be repaired.

The only "chance" is if you had activated the photo library option in the iCloud settings or the iCloud Backup option; in that case, after restoring and reconfiguring the iPad with your account, you will retrieve your photos and data from iCloud.
Check the iCloud.com website, enter your Apple ID, and click on photos; if there are no photos, it means the iCloud Photo Library option was not enabled on the device.
The only last possibility is if you had the Backup option, but you'll only know this if you reconfigure the iPad with your account and choose Restore from iCloud Backup.
