Hello, I currently have a small problem with my iPad; I haven't been able to use it for about a month because I've forgotten the code! But when I plug it into my computer, iTunes opens, I click on reset, but a message appears saying that I cannot reset it because the location service is enabled. However, if I don't know the code, I can't unlock my iPad to disable the location service! What should I do? Thank you in advance.

If the "Find My iPad" option is activated, you can reset the iPad by going to https://www.icloud.com/applications/find/, signing in with your iCloud account, selecting your iPad, and clicking on Erase iPad.
Otherwise, you need to put the [: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/38933-iphone-passer-en-mode-dfu iPad in DFU mode]. Then go to iTunes on a computer while connecting the iPhone or iPad and click "Restore iPad."
I hope this helps you.
