Wetransfer is not working: what to do?

Good evening,
For some time now, I haven't been able to upload files to Wetransfer.
I keep getting stuck at 5MB uploaded (it also tells me there's less than a minute remaining).
The strangest thing is that I have no issues downloading one or more files from this site.
I've disabled my antivirus (ESET) and the firewall, checked for updates for Adobe Flash Player and Chrome, but nothing works.
I'm also having difficulties transferring a file to Dropbox, but it still manages to complete in the end.
If anyone has an idea or a solution, I would appreciate it!
