Wetransfer is not working: what to do?

I have the same problem... and I can't get WeTransfer to work...
I also tried Chrome, FireFox, Internet Explorer but nothing works.

Is there anyone who could help us?

I heard about a "new version" of WeTransfer, could that be it?

I just tested a little trick that works.

It's my antivirus AVAST that was blocking the transfer (what's weird is that I could receive files without a problem.... curious...). Anyway, if you have AVAST, here’s what to do:

- in the bottom right, click on your AVAST icon.
- click on "SETTINGS" (in the list on the left).
- click on "ACTIVE PROTECTION" (in the list on the left as well).

There, you have three lines (file agent / mail agent / web agent).
- disable all of that (by clicking on "active").

Your file sending should work!!!
However, don’t forget to reactivate all that afterwards because during the transfer, you have no protection!

First of all, I want to clarify that I tested "Jed's" advice regarding AVAST, but the problem is still not resolved...

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. Just a month ago, everything was working perfectly. I've done several investigations:
- on my PC, Wetransfer and Dropbox do not work when I use my SFR Box connection.
- I contacted SFR customer service, but my SFR Box connection has no issues.
- on my PC, they work perfectly when I use another internet connection.
- on another PC, they work with any connection.

I conclude that it must be a problem related to the configuration of my SFR Box connection in relation to my PC, but I don't understand anything about it.

Can you help me?
