CDISCOUNT Order and FIA-NET Control Request

Hello,

I placed an order on 10/05 for a total of €203.54 and chose a 3DS payment in 4 installments. After paying, my order was immediately debited by Cdiscount for the first installment of €53.54, and surprisingly, I was informed of a FIA-NET check, otherwise my order would be canceled. However, I have only received emails from Cdiscount asking me to make a new payment (does this mean I will lose my €53.54?) but no contact from FIA-NET???

And the message in my Cdiscount client area is "Your payment has not been validated. To finalize your order, we ask you to proceed with a full payment via 3DS by clicking here.
If you wish, you have the option to finalize your order with a 3DS payment in 4 installments by clicking here.
Simple and quick, the 3DS payment allows your bank to verify the identity of the card user before validating the transaction. You have 6 days from the date of notification to change your payment method. After this period, your order will be automatically canceled."

My question is whether you know what I should do and if I will lose my €53.54 since I am unable to contact Cdiscount at all (their client area is really complicated and not practical for customers to contact them directly). This really feels like a scam.

Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,

    hello
no, this is not a scam
on the contrary, it’s a security precaution
even though I admit it can be difficult at times
but once your card has been "validated," you will see that everything will go better
you should have received a fia net page or a page outlining the steps to take (did you check your spam?
have you verified in your messaging that the spam is not purely eliminated or deleted if you prefer right after receiving?)
I also had to go through these steps and send cdiscount the requested photocopies as attachments during my first payment request in installments, but this is only for the first time)
then, even when you change your card (expired validity) for example, you won't have to redo these operations, unless you change your name or bank, etc.
