Hello, I will try to explain my problem:
Every time I organize my desk (Games on the right, software at the bottom,...) and restart my PC, the icons are no longer where I left them but always realign from top to bottom on the left side of the screen. It's as if they haven't been saved!
PS: when I right-click > view > auto arrange icons is indeed unchecked!
I hope I explained myself well enough for you to understand.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,
while waiting to solve your problem, arrange your icons on your desktop as you wish and download this: https://www.commentcamarche.net/download/s/icosauve

and you click "save current desktop"

Thank you all.

Upon rebooting, if your icons are disorganized, click "Restore Current Desktop"
Be careful, sometimes you might click wrong and Icosauve ends up in your taskbar; you can close it by clicking "Quit," it has been saved.

But this may not resolve your original problem. If your icons are disorganized every time you restart, that is not normal.
Which Windows are you using?

Unfortunately, under Windows 10 I don't know!
But keep Icosauve handy, it automatically reorganizes your icons (not always well, but it does).
