Due to health reasons (very difficult for me to move around), I order a lot of products online, as the stores in the center of my town have been closed for a long time, even before we started shopping online.
I am unable to finalize my Cdiscount card application as I have the exact same problem as you, and this morning, the choice of delivery location, whatever it may be, is no longer responding. Therefore, the order is stuck!

Yes, I ordered a watch on May 20th and was supposed to receive it on May 28th via Mondial Relay. As of June 7th, still nothing. Phone calls, emails, empty promises only to learn that I have received my watch, and Cdiscount has closed the case, even though I am still waiting for my package at Petit Cadeau in Chimay, Belgium. I had to publish a complaint on Facebook to get a response and be able to demand a refund... And I'm not done yet, check Trustpilot and other denunciation sites.
