I bought a new PC with Windows 8.1 a few months ago. Inadvertently, I recently accepted to upgrade to Windows 10. After receiving a letter from a ministry, I reinstalled the eid card. No issues there, but during the test, there is no error message, but it gets stuck at "smart card." The window indicates to select a device, logo BEID ACS ACR----the card is ready to use. I click OK and it doesn't proceed any further. Who can help me? Thank you.

Hello
Check that the smart card function is enabled by right-clicking on Start, going to Task Manager, clicking on the last tab for Services at the bottom of this window, opening Services, and looking for Smart Card

Computing is just a tool, like a paintbrush or a pencil.
Avoid these so-called free repair software, etc. They are of no major use. The best companions are DOS and PowerShell...
