Hello

This kind of manipulation is done on programmable cards.
A credit card is one, but not by us. A proprietary protocol kept secret for obvious reasons does not allow you to reprogram it.

That’s why card thieves are content to clone the card's data to write it onto another blank card.

You can find them on Mamazon, RFID or NFC depending on your reader's technology, and for cheap ^^

hummm cool it's quite technical indeed but for my use there might be other cards perhaps more suitable for that (unlock my Windows session with the built-in utility or install a certificate on the card then go to Credential Manager > Windows Credentials > Add a certificate-based credential > and finally select the certificate then it opens a window with my card reader and when I insert any smart card like a livebox TV access card it announces a smart card error "the smart card requires drivers that are not present on the system" so it shouldn't be that it goes with the other cards .... and also after extensive research I couldn't find on the net how to install a certificate on a smart card :/ so there you go I'm a bit lost I don't want to make a purchase for nothing X)
