Hello,
I installed Oracle 10g and Developer Suite 10g on Windows XP, because I need to use Oracle Forms, but when I try to connect to sql*plus in cmd mode using the command: sqlplus login/password@orcl
I get the following error:
ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
I have searched the forums, and I found that many people have encountered this problem, and I tried the proposed solutions, but it doesn’t work!
Please help me
