Techwood TV Channel Memory Issue

Hello,

I have a Techwood TV that is less than a year old. Since switching to digital, I did a channel scan and everything went well, but the problem is that every time I turn off my TV, I lose channels like 1, 2, 6, and 11, and I have to do a new channel scan every time I turn it back on. I've been told it might be a channel memorization issue, but I can't figure out how to do that.. Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you very much!!

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 49.0.2623.112

    Hi,

It's also possible that the issue comes from poor reception due to the antenna.

How many devices are plugged into the wall socket?
Do you have a T-piece with the cable?

      Hi!

The TV is the only device plugged into the wall socket, and no, there isn't a T.

Reset the TV to factory settings.
What is the model of the Techwood TV?
