Issue with receiving certain Bouygues TV channels

Hello everyone, my situation may seem trivial, but I assure you that I can't find an answer to my problem.

Let me explain, I have been with Bouygues Telecom since August 2021, I have fiber, and until now, I have had no connection issues either with the TV or other devices (PS4, tablets, connected printers...)

My problem for the past few days is the non-reception of certain TV channels (TF1, C8, BFMTV,...) However, some other channels work perfectly.

I have performed many basic troubleshooting steps (resetting the box, the TV decoder, ...)

I contacted Bouygues support who keep making me redo the basic troubleshooting steps, but they do not provide any other solutions.

It's worth noting that I am connected via Ethernet.

A strange thing about this problem is that when I switch to WiFi, I receive all the channels, and when I switch back to Ethernet, I have the reception problem with the channels mentioned above in my message.

Following this observation, I tried changing my Ethernet cable => No results.
My PS4 is connected to the same Ethernet network and I have an excellent connection without any interruptions.

Yes, some might tell me to stay on WiFi if it works on WiFi. But I would like to declutter my WiFi network as I already have many devices connected to it. And since I have the option to connect my decoder via Ethernet, that's the connection method I would like to keep in place.

Do you have any ideas about the origin of this problem?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Hello,

I've been experiencing the exact same problem for several days (I'm in Haut-Rhin). I'm also using Ethernet. I've done all the reboots, checked the cables, nothing. I called support yesterday and they had me do a whole series of checks. After 30 minutes, the call was cut off. Since then, no callback, no news. And the problem is still there. Apparently, I have 0.7 Gb/s in total bandwidth, so that's sufficient.
I hope to have a solution within a few days, otherwise I will change my ISP. Too bad.
    Best regards.
