TV channel reception and Nintendo Switch issue

Hello
I have a problem at home; when we're watching TV and playing on the Nintendo Switch online, the TV reception becomes terrible, glitching and pixelating.
I have an SFR Box 8 with FTTH fiber, with a WiFi 6 speed of about 600 Mbps. The Box and the TV decoder are connected via WiFi, with the Box on the first floor and the TV decoder directly below it on the ground floor (the ceiling is made of wooden flooring). Otherwise, I don't usually have problems; when the TV is on, we can watch Netflix on four devices simultaneously or do plenty of other things—it's just the Switch that disrupts the TV.
Any ideas on how to fix the problem? Is it a settings issue between WiFi 5 and 6, between 2.4 and 5 GHz???
P.S.: It's not possible to run an Ethernet cable to connect the Box and the decoder, and if possible, I would like to avoid using powerline adapters. Thank you very much.
