SABA TV Channel Tuning Issues

Hello,
I possess a SABA SCB1910VX television (with built-in DTT)
I just moved, previously, I used this TV through a decoder (in a region that did not have reception).
I am currently in a large city.
I plugged in my TV as well as the antenna socket, and nothing happened, "no signal".
Thinking it was a problem with the antenna cable; I bought an amplifying antenna that I connected to the TV, still the same issue!
I went to Menu -> Installation and also to the channel list but I can't find how to scan for channels.
How can I perform an automatic scan (or any other manipulation) that will allow me to obtain the channels?
