Hello, I have a little problem. My Fiat 500 doesn't detect my iPhone on the USB port. Bluetooth works fine, but when I try to plug the iPhone into the USB port, nothing happens—the iPhone doesn't charge, and I can't listen to music (Spotify, iTunes...). Any solutions?

Hello, the problem doesn't really come from the iPhone; the USB port of the Fiat 500 only accepts USB drives containing music.
The audio system of the Fiat 500 is not compatible with the iPhone via the car's USB port.

Strange, a friend listens to Deezer by plugging her phone into the Fiat...

Ha, does your iPhone work in its Fiat?
There are many models of Fiat 500, so it depends on the car's audio system.

No, actually... The blue and me works, but if I plug it in, it doesn't detect it :/

Re, in my opinion, there's no point in searching, your iPhone is not compatible with the Fiat audio system.
I just found this online.

Fiat has released an update for its Blue&Me system that can be downloaded directly from the Fiat website, for free. This version 5.4 increases the compatibility of Blue&Me with iPhones and iPods as well as with other latest-generation mobile phones.
The procedure is simple. After downloading the file, about 45 MB, it needs to be copied onto a USB stick of at least 128 MB. Then you just insert the stick into the car's USB port, turn on the ignition, and wait for the update to be completed. An update that lasts between 5 and 15 minutes according to Fiat.

Unfortunately, this update alone is not enough to make iPhones and iPods fully compatible with Blue&Me. You’ll still need to obtain the Blue&Me adapter for iPhone and iPod from a Fiat dealer. An adapter that costs 89 euros after all.

As for the update, you should see if it's necessary, depending on when your car was made. Check with Fiat.
