HELP HELP HELP PLEASE
Hello, I have a Fiat Punto Evo. I have a problem with Bluetooth and Blue & Me.
My iPhone 5s connects to my car and it recognizes it (making or receiving calls is fine) but when I want to listen to music from my iPhone in my car, nothing happens... Do you know why? I have the Bluetooth option, etc... I followed the instructions and even entered the password (numbers) that it asked for, which is correct.
I also have a problem when I plug my USB cable into the USB port (which is located just above the gear shift) nothing happens... However, if I put an adapter in the cigarette lighter, it works... but the music still doesn't play, it just charges.

In some cases, simply updating the car radio is enough for it to work without the need to buy the adapter because there are 2 versions of the Blue And My system.
Version 1 of Blue And My = update of the car radio and purchase of the adapter.
Version 2 of Blue And My = update of the car radio and no need for the adapter.
According to the website, to find out which version of Blue And My your car radio is equipped with, you need to go to:
Settings / Advanced options; if the "Image ID" section is present, you have version 2 of Blue And My, and in this case, the update should be sufficient to make your iPhone 5s work.
Note that the iPhone 5s is the last iPhone that, according to the Blue And My website, has been tested; iPhones after the 5s have not been tested, so it is impossible to know if they work (in case you are planning to change your iPhone).
