Mozilla Firefox: profile cannot be loaded

Hello,

I’m reaching out to you for some help. I want to install Mozilla Firefox on my PC and I’m receiving this message:

The Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.


I deleted it from my computer a while ago and I want to reinstall it, but there’s no way to do it.

    Hello,

    Do this:

    Use the Windows + R keys

    Copy/paste %APPDATA%

    Click Ok

    Delete the Mozilla folder

    Install and run CCleaner for cleaning in Windows, applications, and registry.

    Follow this tutorial

    Restart the PC.

    Install Firefox
