Retrieve Firefox bookmarks from an old hard drive

Hello,

I changed the hard drive in my laptop because the old one was no longer allowing the PC to function properly.
Since then, I have replaced the hard drive and placed the old one in an external case in the hope of recovering my Firefox bookmarks.

The problem is that the last backup of the bookmarks is too old compared to the date of the hard drive replacement, which prevents me from using the latest JSON file.

How can I recover all my favorites before the hard drive change?

    Hello,

Well, if you haven’t made a recent backup and you only have this JSON file in your possession, there’s nothing else you can do.

I can still access the directory of the old hard drive, it seems incredible that I can't find a solution, I can't be the first one this happens to...

Can Mozbackup be a solution in this case?

Is it possible to repair the hard drive to get it running one last time to back up the bookmarks?
