Unable to read an external hard drive on Bbox TV decoder

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out because I have a problem that's bothering me, I can't read any files stored on my external hard drives connected to my Bbox TV decoder.

I have two external hard drives, one in FAT 32 and the other in NTFS.

Neither of them is recognized by my decoder, so I don't even have access to my files.

I really don't understand.

    Personally, I'm not surprised, Bouygues is the WORST internet provider there is. Personally, I'm looking for people ready to trash them online because they have really gotten on my nerves. I deeply regret subscribing to them, so I would like to warn people who might want to sign up with them. It's cheap? Okay, but paying little for something that NEVER works is still paying too much. In short, good luck, RUN AWAY!
