Unable to restore iPhone in DFU mode on iTunes

Hello, so here it is, my iPhone 5C turned off and never turned back on. I thought it had run out of battery, but when I plugged it in, the Apple logo appeared and then disappeared immediately. It keeps doing this repeatedly when it’s plugged in. I tried restoring it in DFU mode using iTunes, but iTunes gets stuck every time on "waiting for iPhone", and nothing happens on the iPhone; the screen remains black.
I already tried with another computer, but the result is the same.
My iPhone was on iOS 9.2.1

I hope you can help me. Best regards...

Hello, how long did you wait when the iPhone is on a black screen and iTunes shows "Waiting for iPhone"?
It can take a long time, several minutes; do not manipulate the iPhone, if there is a problem iTunes will indicate it with an error message.

Hello, I waited until iTunes displayed error 4005.
And on the black screen, I see the screen flicker once and then it goes black again, and after that, iTunes shows me this error.
Thank you for your response, best regards...

Re, it's getting clearer, error 4005 is related to a device disconnection during the restoration, you need to understand that the connection between the computer and the iPhone is interrupted.
The reasons are multiple, but since you initially indicated that the iPhone turned off and hasn't turned on since (or turns on displaying the Apple logo and then shuts down immediately) and that iTunes cannot restore it, I have the impression that the problem comes from the iPhone.
Try using another cable (original or Apple certified).

If your iPhone is less than two years old and you are the original owner, it is covered by the retailer's warranty. Contact the retailer to have it repaired under warranty.
If the iPhone is less than a year old, you can contact the seller or Apple directly to have it repaired (Apple covers the repair even if you are not the original owner).
In both cases, the condition of the iPhone must be correct and it must never have been repaired previously outside of an authorized service center.

Re, I will still try to restore it with another original cable,
but the problem is that I bought this iPhone second-hand, so I am not the original owner and I don't know if it's over a year old.
      Best regards...
