Unable to uninstall iTunes

Hello everyone,
Having uninstalled Windows 10 which was crashing my computer completely, I decided to switch back to Windows 8.1. But during this reinstallation iTunes started crashing and I then tried to uninstall it but several problems occurred.
Indeed, when I try to uninstall it with CCleaner or the Control Panel the same message appears: "The component you are trying to use is on a network resource that is not available". They then tell me that the path to /Apple Software Update/Itunes6464 is not found.
So I tried to reinstall iTunes but an error message says that it is impossible to uninstall the previous version of Apple Update Software. In short, I find myself without iTunes.
Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hello
You can always try to uninstall iTunes with Geek Uninstaller.
Try a forced uninstall if you find iTunes visible in Geek.

Well I tried and it did nothing. I installed Geek Uninstaller, forced the termination of Apple Software Update and iTunes, which disappeared from Geek Uninstaller's program list, but bizarrely they still show up in CCleaner’s program list. I tried to reinstall iTunes but they tell me a newer version is already installed on my computer, which I don’t understand.

Did you create a system image of Windows 8.1 before migrating to Windows 10?

As someone who is completely new to computing, I just downloaded Windows 10 and I don’t recall ever making a system image of Windows 8.1. I admit I don’t even know what that is!
