Hello everyone, since I've never received my Showroom Privé order, I've been misled... inquiry with the carrier blah blah blah. An inquiry that of course proves that yes I received it. WHEN I DID NOT. Can you tell me what recourse I have against them? Despite numerous emails, they are ignoring me. I’ve never had such a problem with the main competitor!

      You know the answer.....package delivered!!! When it wasn't. Make deliveries requiring a signature, it avoids problems. And refund me please, shipping costs included of course.

      Hello, for online orders, it is better to choose delivery to a parcel shop, which requires a signature to collect the package, which is not necessarily the case with the post.

      Yes, I will do that in the future, but when we trust the sender, this shouldn't happen... I had a problem with VP once in over 8 years of being their customer. The issue was resolved in less than a week. Now I'm being strung along, and it undermines my trust.

    Hello,

    Order from SHOWROOMPRIVE on 26/11/2015 for a MAXI'Ms package (no. 60603696) for the holidays. Order was confirmed. I was informed of a delivery delay. The package was delivered on 21/12/2015 instead of 19/12/2015, and moreover, to the wrong collection point.
    Already a double mistake from Showroomprivé.

    The package arrived at the collection point "LIBRAIRIE DU LYCEE de Vanves. Not very close to my home, by the way. I check the Colissimo tracking online and it says that my package no. 6W00624508463 has been delivered.
    I call Showroomprivé customer service, who confirms that my package has indeed been delivered. I explain the situation and say that I did not collect this package.

    They ask me to send an email with a copy of my ID and the sworn statement duly filled out.
    Customer service sends me an email dated 31/12/2015 to inform me that they have received my documents, that an investigation has been launched with the carrier, and that they will get back to me within 15 days.
    Okay. Here we are on January 19, 2016, no response from Showroomprivé customer service.
    I send an email on 19/01/2016 to get a response, and the only reply they can provide is: "YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED"! Who do they think they are????

    If customer service had done their job properly, they would have seen that I did not collect my package since at a collection point, one must present an ID and sign on the device after the package has been scanned.

    I am losing patience and I am in the same situation as you.
    Showroomprivé is sticking its head in the sand and is not responding to any emails and does not want to refund me!!!!
    What to do? This is unacceptable!!!!

      Request a refund. You are not responsible for the delivery. At Vente Privée, it's less complicated when a problem arises. Then their moldy investigation costs two francs while they ask you to fill out a certificate of honor for non-receipt of the package, it's the last straw. Just to say you're lying that you have the package......... Their customer service doesn't handle anything. Good luck and don't give up, especially.

      I see on your file that the refund for your order has been initiated today.
      You will be refunded within 5 working days, to the credit card linked to your Paypal account.
      A confirmation email will be sent to you in this regard.

      Wow, this site is magical........ Refunds come here faster than dealing with customer service directly.......... Anyway, I'm happy for you tessflo, at least you'll get reimbursed!!!!!!. Just goes to show.

      I also have the same problem. I ordered a watch from showroomprivé for an amount of €88.99 on 03/19/2016. My order is marked as delivered, yet I have not received anything to this day. After contacting customer service and following their investigation, they informed me that my package was indeed delivered. What should I do to get a refund?
