Hello,
I am very disappointed and quite furious about my recent purchase of a Strong srt 7405 decoder.
In fact, I should say two decoders:
the first one didn’t even turn on, so I returned it to the store for an exchange.
The second one would almost work correctly if it didn’t turn off by itself, especially when watching channel D8 (...!?)
And then, I have to reboot the thing for almost a minute (it's usual, it's chronic with this device) and especially change to another channel quickly, otherwise it restarts... etc... and this several times in a row!
Anyway, I’ve decided to stop spending money on this brand and request a full refund.
The question is:
What should I get instead?
I need a Fransat satellite decoder, and once bitten, twice shy, I want a very simple and reliable decoder (the extra functions, recording possibilities, etc. don’t matter)
At Castorama, the starcom 9947?
