Thank you in advance :)

    Good evening,

If the sound is coming from your microphone, it's probably because it's connected to an output (headphones). A headset could also serve as a microphone. This doesn’t mean that the quality is equivalent.

Another explanation is that if you have a single input/output, you need to use a specific Y-cable (not the ones designed for two headsets) so that the respective connections are properly established.

    Best regards

It's an adapter with one input and two female outputs, one for the microphone and the other for the headphones. But you have to be careful not to get a cord for two headphones because the wiring wouldn't allow it to work.

The reason I was talking about specificity is that the internal wiring (inside the PC) differs from one brand to another. There's no danger, but it either works or it doesn't.

Moreover, even if the adapter is listed in the manufacturer's catalog, there's no guarantee it is imported.

I've seen some on Amazon or other online retailers, but I don't recall the references.

Check the manufacturer's website and get back to me in the evening if you can't find a reference. I'll try to track it down again.

I'm sorry to ask you, but a specific Y-cable? I'm not sure I understand.

    Thank you in advance
