Hello,

I recently encountered a problem with my USB headset (Tritton AX180):
Out of the blue, it stopped working, so I checked the recording and playback devices and noticed that the headset's name was not listed (meaning the headset was not detected by Windows).

As a result, I haven't been able to use my headset for the past two days...

If you have a solution to my problem, I would be very grateful.

Rémy

Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 535.11

This response comes a bit late, I just had a similar problem and I found a solution, I hope it can help someone ;)

You need to go to the device manager, choose your headset, disable it and then enable it again. It also works when any device crashes (especially network cards).
