My PC is making a bird chirping sound.

Hello,
for a few weeks now, my newly purchased PC has been making an internal noise like a sort of chirping or rasping, or a bird squeaking. I opened the case but couldn't determine which component is causing it. I've also adjusted the fan speed of the graphics card (the only component for which I found a fan control software) but it doesn't seem to be coming from there.
The noise occurs every 30 seconds and lasts for 5 or 6 seconds. Sometimes it stops while I'm not doing anything on the PC.
Any ideas? Thanks :)

Here's a video where you can hear the noise (not the background noise from the fans that I've tried to reduce, but the squeaking in the background): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtKSwJtwp7A

    Hi,

Connect your case fans to the power supply using one or more 5V Molex 3-pin cables.

For the CPU one, there are cables with resistors to reduce the speed if it runs too fast as well.

But I would start with the others.

Otherwise, maybe it needs some oil.

A priori, it doesn't seem to come from the fans. With the case open, I briefly stopped the fans by hand (the one at the back of the case + the one from the CPU) and the noise persists unchanged when I block the rotation.

The only other moving parts are the HDDs.

Thank you for this software that I didn't know about, very useful.
In the end, it's not the hard drive, but by looking with a flashlight at the back of the power supply, I finally isolated the source of the noise as the fan of the power supply unit. It starts to slow down and then stops before restarting, and it's at the moment of stopping that the noise is heard.
I will check with customer service if they can do something to replace the power supply.
Thanks again for your answers Fabul.
