Hello,
When opening Outlook, a message appears saying "The Sent Items folder is not available," yet it's only my multiple recipients emails that are not being delivered to all recipients.
How can I fix this issue?
Thank you for your help. Best wishes from Gérard
Configuration: Windows / Mozilla 11.0

Hello,
I had the same problem. Resolved with Windows community (response from ALAlphonseSTANISLAWIAK)

In summary, you need to define them in the advanced options. Here’s the procedure:
note for a beginner with OUTLOOK 2013: steps to follow
- open OUTLOOK 2013
-click on Files (tab)
-Account Settings
-on the line: New... Reminders... Modify... Set as default... x delete...
click on Modify
- POP and IMAP account settings .. at the bottom of the menu .. Advanced settings
- Advanced Options tab
- Folders then root folder path: INBOX
You will see the OUTBOX (sent items) and TRASH folders appear.
To translate them into French, you have the answer from gaelpog1 on this site. I’ll put it below:
for the /resetfoldernames parameter
you need to do: Start/Run
In the dialog box type: outlook.exe /resetfoldernames .
I’m sure it works because I just did it
