Hello,
to allow a Mac to write to a disk formatted for Windows (NTFS), you need to install Paragon NTFS for Mac.
Another solution is to simply format this disk to Mac OS Extended:

Have you personally tested Paragon the software and do you recommend it because I prefer this solution to the other one which involves formatting the hard drive and being limited to 4 gigabytes.
