Hello,
since this morning, I've been desperately trying to access my emails. Indeed, when I try to open Outlook Express, I receive the following error message:
"Cannot open your default email folders. Access to the file is denied. You do not have the necessary permissions to access the file C:/users/Benoit/AppData/Local/microsoft/Outlook/Outlook.pst"
After that, the only option available is "OK", and the program closes.
My user account has administrator status, and I went to check the permissions settings for this file; it seems that I have full control over it. I have been browsing forums for a while now, but I can't find a solution.
I tried to resolve the issue with a software (pstrepair, I believe), but it did not work...
If I delete the file, Outlook does not start because it cannot find the mentioned Outlook.pst file...
Does anyone have a solution?
