    Hello,

    Press the "sound effect" button on the remote and select "Dolby Pro Logic".

    However, if the surround speakers are not working during the playback of a movie or video game in DTS or Dolby Digital,
    Press the "speaker level" button on the remote to check that the surround is not set to "-10dB", which would explain why you can’t hear anything or almost nothing, otherwise adjust it to +xxdB according to your preference.
