Acer Black Screen Solved

Question

Hello,

Here is my problem,

Acer Aspire V5-122 laptop
Windows 8
amd a4-1250(1.0ghz)
4gb ddr3
500gb HDD

In the early afternoon everything was working,
I ran a CCleaner scan to delete temporary files, a malwarebytes scan for possible viruses, and due to the machine's slowness, I went back to work...
When I came back from work, it was impossible to access Windows, the computer turns on, the green Acer logo appears and then nothing

Therefore, it's impossible to access safe mode or anything else, no CD drive....
The computer runs well, you can hear it booting up, but nothing on the screen...
Oh yes... if I lower the screen and raise it back up, the mouse cursor appears, I can move it and the screen is still black, but nothing works, neither ctrl alt del nor alt f10 nor f8 nor f5 nor any other F keys...
I tried with another USB keyboard and got the same result
obviously no removable battery
of course I would like to avoid losing data....
What can I do?

I have searched extensively on many forums and none of the suggested solutions worked, so I'm posting here.

remove the battery
-plug your laptop into a power source, turn it on.
-wait for it to start up
-remove your power cord
-replace the battery, plug in the power cord, and turn your laptop back on

Is the PC still under warranty?

If not, you should check that the hard drive has not moved from its location.

Before leaving for work, how did you turn it off?

Thank you for your interest,

Since it’s not mine, I’m checking on the warranty with the owner... to be honest, it's really the only solution I’m hoping for... honestly, these laptops are really frustrating me, the evolution is getting worse, and the installations are a real nightmare... anyway.

I left it open, I didn't turn it off before leaving for work, it must have gone into sleep mode...

During the first Malwarebytes scan, the software found over 400 potential errors, and looking closer, I saw a lot of errors and infected files, but none of the system files were affected, and I admit that the PC was generally quite slow with some bugs (like Internet Explorer closing automatically...), that’s why it was passed onto me in the first place.

Do you think a hard drive can move like that?
What seems strange to me is that before I left, everything was working... more or less normally... at least it was usable, let’s say.

I checked, no power cut during the day, and at worst it’s a laptop, there’s a battery....

I had already thought about that, the problem is that there is no battery that I can remove as it is integrated inside the computer, it's a notebook.

And by the way, it is no longer under warranty.

But when I see the back cover of the PC, I'm a bit hesitant to remove the screws since the cover holds all the ports of the PC.
