l'oRdi: Black screen on startup.

Question

Hello, so here is my problem: It's been about 2 months since I was given LoRdi the region, when I tried the computer, it worked perfectly well. After that, I didn't use it for about 2 weeks, then I wanted to use it again, but when I started it, the little HP logo appeared for less than 2 seconds, then I got a black screen with the cursor on it. Since that day, every time I turn on LoRdi the region, I get a black screen again, so I would really like to know if someone could help me solve this problem, it would be really kind.

The document to use is this one:   I suppose you then went on to the following article regarding the BIOS update, that you are doing it from Windows (good news!), and that it gets stuck on page 2/3.  Check this: - press the F10 key on the keyboard at startup, before Windows starts; - on the first page of the BIOS, it says "BIOS Version : F.xx", where xx represents the version.  1st possibility: it's F.28, then it's all good, the computer is already up to date, your work stops here (and mine too);  2nd possibility: that's not the case (let me know the version), and the BIOS is protected. You won't be able to do anything;  3rd possibility: that's not the case (let me know the version). The update requires administrator rights. Restart the update, but this time, right-click on the file and select "run as administrator". Continue your research on your side. Stay patient, humble, and polite.
