Black Screen - hp dv6 Pavilion the shift key blinks 3 times

Hello,

I have an HP dv6 Pavilion. I left my laptop on while I cleaned my room. For about thirty minutes. When I returned, the screen was off, the Wi-Fi light was on in orange, and another light next to the shift key was blinking three times.

First, I turned it off before removing everything that was connected to the computer: USB drive, wireless mouse, battery, and the power supply.

Then, I pressed the power button for 1 minute. After that, I plugged in the charger and turned it on. But I still have the same issue.

I went to the HP website. I saw that the three blinks indicated a memory error. I followed the instructions to remove and properly reseat the RAM.

But I still have these three blinks.

Has anyone ever faced a similar situation?

And most importantly, how can I fix it?
